1. Overview
At Shraddha Bhakti, we strive to bring spiritual fulfilment, peace, and satisfaction through our puja kits, items, and services. Because many of our products are sacred/spiritual in nature, and puja services are time-sensitive, some items and services have special return/refund rules.
2. Applicability
This policy applies to all orders placed through shraddhabhakti.com, including physical puja items, puja kits, and devotional services.
3. Returns & Refunds for Products

| Change of Mind | ⚠️ Usually No | Because many items are ritual/spiritual, once delivered, change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless product is in resalable condition, unused, undamaged, with original packaging, and return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping may be borne by the customer. |
| Perishable / Fragile / Spiritual Use Items | ❌ No Returns | If item is consumed / used in puja / perishable (e.g. prasad, some ritual materials), it cannot be returned or refunded. |
4. Puja Services (Non-Physical / Rituals)

All puja bookings are non-refundable once the ritual has been conducted.

If you cancel your booking before the scheduled time, a partial or full refund may be offered depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made (e.g. 24 hours or more notice might qualify for full or partial refund).

If Shraddha Bhakti is unable to perform the puja due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund, or rescheduling option at your choosing.
5. How to Request a Return / Refund

For product returns: Pack the product securely in original packaging; include order receipt / tags.

We will inspect upon receiving it. If approved, refunds (or replacement) will be processed within 5-10 business days.
6. Refund Method

Refunds will be made via the original method of payment wherever possible.

If original payment method is unavailable, we may issue store credit.

Shipping charges, handling charges are not refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/not as described).
7. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests may be treated as returns (subject to the returns policy above).

For puja services, cancellation before agreed schedule may be subject to cancellation charges depending on notice given.
8. Exceptions & Additional Terms

Customized or special puja kits (made as per user specification) may not be eligible for returns/change.

Please keep proof of condition, delivery, photos/videos during delivery, if damaged.

Shraddha Bhakti reserves the right to refuse returns / refunds if the item is not in condition matching return standards.
