✔ The minimum order value is ₹500. ✔ Payments can be made via Razorpay, UPI, Netbanking, Debit/Credit Cards, or COD. ✔ All payments are processed securely through trusted gateways.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
✔ We deliver across India using reliable courier partners. ✔ Orders are dispatched from Delhi and delivered within 3–7 working days. ✔ Tracking details are sent via SMS and email once your order is shipped.
↩ Returns & Refunds
✔ We have a 7-day return policy for unused puja kits and items. ✔ Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. ✔ Customized puja services are non-refundable but may be rescheduled.
🙏 Online Puja Services
✔ All pujas are conducted by certified Vedic pandits. ✔ You can attend pujas via live video streaming or in-person. ✔ Puja samagri can be shipped to your home for complete participation.
